As an alternative for or in addition to your sludge treatment, Faure Equipements designs and develops mobile filter press dewatering units to meet specific need.
Mobile unit design and performance
These units include all sorts of filter presses, including chamber and mixed pack, as well as all components for packaging and transporting the cakes.
We may mount the filter press on a standard trailer or a tanker, as well as in a sea container, depending on the desired processing capacity.
These filter presses range in size from 250 to 6,000 liters of cakes every cycle, which equates to about 100 to 4,500 kg of dry matter for dryness levels of up to 30 to 80 % depending on the type of sludge (organic or mineral).
Our settings
Standard mobile unit
Our standard mobile units are fitted with filter presses ranging from 1,500 to 3,000 liters or rotary presses on 4-axle trailers. These units include everything needed for the dehydration equipment to function properly, including an electrical cabinet, feed pump, conditioning tank, compressor, and air tanks.
Mobile container unit
The mobile container units range from 10 ft to 40 ft high cube containers; small volume filter presses up to large 3,000-liter filter presses can be installed in these containers or also rotary presses with 1 to 6 channels.
Mobile unit with tank trailer
The mobile unit with tank trailer is the optimum solution for having the highest capacity filtration/dehydration equipment.
